Umami is the key flavour of Black Garlic, created through a long and slow cooking process over 6 weeks. Nothing added by heat and moisture. The harsh heat of the garlic turns to sugar, caramalising and becoming sticky black garlic. 

Perfect for burgers, chicken, barbecues and chips!


Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Acetic Acid, Black Garlic (16%), Sugar, Onions, Balsamic Vinegar, Tomato Puree, Olive Oil, Salt, Caramel, Black Pepper.
