Easter Mini Egg Brownies

Makes around 15 brownies. Bake 25 minutes.

Wow wow! These are so delicious and the bites of chocolate inside take it to the next level!

We didn't use enough mini eggs or decorate but still DEVINE! Use this recipe any time of the year, just take out the mini eggs and if you want add more chocolate chips!

Click on the ingredients to add to your basket.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC fan and line a 9" square tin.

  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together.

  3. Add the eggs and sugar together in a bowl and whisk until doubled in size.

  4. Fold in the melted chocolate, careful to not knock the air back out of the eggs!

  5. Fold through the flour and cocoa powder, then the chocolate chips and mini eggs. We kept ours whole!

  6. Pour into the lined tin and bake for 25-28 minutes. The gooier the brownie, the less baking time you want.

  7. Cool fully in the tin.

  8. Drizzle over the melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped mini eggs over the top.

  9. Leave the set in the fridge for a few hours for the perfect fudge brownies.
